We ensure a very quick and efficient process from order to delivery. Once we have received an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer outlining their purchase. We will then aim to dispatch the order the same working day Monday – Friday, or the following working day at the very latest. Confirmation of dispatch along with tracking details will then be sent to the customer so that they can check on the progress of their delivery.
United Kingdom
- Smaller items are usually dispatched via Royal mail or EVRI 2-4 days
- Large Items are usually dispatched via Parcel Force 2-4 days
- Express delivery’s will be dispatched via APC Overnight Next day delivery (orders placed before 12.00)
- Large item pallet delivery – 2-4 days

What if my order is Late?
If your order is running later than the estimated time parameters, please view the courier tracking directly if available for any updates on delays, or contact us with your order details and we will look into it for you.
