This will help us to identify your order and speed up the process. Orders must be sent back to us in the original resaleable condition that they were received by the customer and in the original packaging with all parts accounted for. If an item is returned after it was used or damaged by the customer, you will be contacted regarding details of partial refund.<\/p>\n<p>Once your return has been authorised, simply pack the item back up and return it to the address below, returns labels can also be provided on request please contact us for more information.<\/p>\n<p>Please send all returns to, CustomWeldMesh, 8 Smithy lane, Holmeswood, L401UH<\/p>\n<p><strong>What if my item is Faulty (Manufacturing Defect)?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you discover that your item may be faulty or if you can find any defects which may have occurred during the manufacturing process, please let us know, we will contact our supplier and work on getting you a replacement as soon as possible, We may require a photo of the damage were possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What if my item has been Damaged in Transit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have received your order and found that it has been damaged in transit (broken\/cracked\/chipped\/dented), please let us know. We will then contact the courier used and file a claim, once we have received your return, we will send you a replacement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What if I want to return an item due to Change of Mind?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have received your order and would like to return it due to a \u2018change of mind\u2019, please let us know and we will guide you through the returns process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When do I receive my Refund or Replacement?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once we have received a return and we have been able to identify that the item is in a resaleable condition, we will then process your refund for you or send you your replacement, Refunds can typically take up to 5 working days, but this is dependent on your card issuer.
